POSTPONED - Bird Walk: Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden

  • Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden 10901 Old Cutler Road Miami, FL, 33156 United States (map)

POSTPONED

Due to COVID-19 concerns, this walk has been postponed until further notice.

Ladies of all ages and levels of birding expertise are invited to join Phoebes Birding on Saturday, March 21 for a stroll along the bird trails at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Kirsten Hines, photographer for the coffee table book Birds of Fairchild and its associated trail guide, will lead participants through parts of both the upland and lowland bird trails for a chance to see hummingbirds, songbirds, raptors and wading birds, as well as a taste of native coastal habitat. We hope you’ll join us after the walk at the nearby Tropical Audubon Society headquarters for its annual Bee-Cause Flea – a celebration of birds, bees, other pollinators and the native plants that support them.
