Join the Phoebes on Sunday, April 14 on a field trip to Wakodahatchee Wetlands. The Wakodahatchee boardwalk is a marvel for life-long birders and newbies alike during spring nesting season. Watch great egrets flare their lacy plumes, great blue heron chicks jostle for fish, wood storks clash beaks, and green herons quietly slip behind a veil of vegetation into their nests, all just a few feet from the walkway.
WHAT: Birding Field Trip for female nature buffs of any experience level.
WHEN: Sunday, April 14, 2024 7-10 AM
WHERE: Wakodahatchee Wetlands, 13026 Jog Rd, Delray Beach, FL 33484. Meet at the entrance to the boardwalk in the northern parking area.
