Meredith is a city planner based in Miami. Her love of birds came from life in Kenya during high school, where it was hard not to notice the striking colors and patterns of diverse species against the low grasses of the savanna and the gray skylines of the city. She's interested in helping cities become more friendly to birds and other wildlife, and is particularly enthusiastic about her pets, bikes, nature walks, farmers markets, and just about any downtown anywhere.
